Michael Sheehan, Criminal Defense Denver, was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and his law degree from the University of Denver. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sheehan worked as a trial attorney for the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. After 6 years, and dozens of jury trials, he left to start his own private practice specializing in Denver Criminal Defense. He represents clients in both state and federal court, and is a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the District of Colorado. He is also a member of the American, Colorado, and Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Associations. In addition to his criminal defense practice, Mr. Sheehan also represents clients in civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on personal injury cases.
